A senior manager with 15 years international financial services experience Nick is a vital member of the Senior Logistics Executive Recruitment team. Central to Nick's responsibilities is the delivery of 'World Best Practice' processes and  service, and the highest levels of ethics throughout the organisation.

A Chartered Accountant, Nick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (ICANZ) and a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand. He worked with Price Waterhouse audit for 6 years in New Zealand and Holland. In the last 5 years he has worked with a number of companies, including listed companies, as CFO and Company Secretary in New Zealand and Australia.

He is, or has been, a director of NZ private companies and alternative director for the Chairman of two NZ listed companies. Public sector experience includes managing special project investigations for part of the UK SEC in London and as a strategy advisor to sections of the New Zealand Revenue, including advising Ministers of Revenue - Creech and Dunne - on strategic initiatives, liaison with the ATO and preparing presentations to OECD conferences.

With more than 20 years' of management experience in airline, freight and logistics industries, Darryl brings a unique perspective to the management of the business. His expertise includes driving business start-ups, change management, international and domestics executive management, profit enhancement, market development and business design solutions. Working alongside and assisting globally recognised organisations, Darryl provides sought after advice and business guidance and is called on to manage key human resources consulting projects and supporting business drive changes. Responsible for the Australia business, Darryl operates an integrated business model that is focused on both client and candidate satisfaction whilst achieve the company’s internal and external goals. Key aspects of his role is to enhance stakeholder value through staff development, training, meeting the markets expectation and continuing the growth in our various operating divisions. He holds a Degree in Economics and is a member of the Australian Institute of Sport Management. In addition to his business interests, Darryl is a professional rally navigator completing since 1994 in the Australian, Asia-Pacific and Production Car World Rally Championships.

Cassandra is our Supply Chain Practice Manager for Singapore and the South East Asia Region. She is responsible for building our Supply Chain vertical at an executive level and overseeing the day to day leadership of our growing business in SE Asia.

Having forged a successful recruitment career in Australia, Cassandra brings with her over 8 years of executive search experience. Cassandra commenced her career in a procurement function before moving to executive search where she has capitalized on her 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain sector both within the industry and in executive recruitment/search. This depth of expertise enables her to add significant value to her practice area, clients and candidates alike as she executes local, regional and global searches and consulting projects.

This experience sees Cassandra consult to firms in all sectors including but not limited to Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, FMCG, ICT and Healthcare.

Passionate about developing people and adding value, Cassandra is committed to continuous education and development in the Supply Chain sector and has recently returned to University to complete the Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree with RMIT. Cassandra also holds a Degree in Business (Marketing) and a Diploma in Business (Retailing).
